광대역 주파수로 동작하는 무선통신기기의 송신단에 있어서 반소파증폭기와 안테나 간의 임피던스 정합을 가변적으로 최적화 하는 정합회로를 제공한다. 본 발명의 임피던스 정합회로는, 본 발명의 임피던스 정합회로는, 반송파증폭기(14) 및 안테나(16)을 구비하는 무선통신기기 송신단의 광대역 안테나용의 임피던스 정합 회로에 있어서, 사이 반송파증폭기와 안테나 사이에 접속하되, 소정의 제어신호에 의해 온/오프 되는 다수의 스위칭 수단(SW1-SWN)을 포함하고 상기 스위칭수단의 온/오프 상태에 따라 결정되는 직렬 인덕턴스 성분(L21) 및 병렬 캐패시턴스 성분(C21)을 상기 안테나의 임피던스에 적합하게 적응적으로 제공하는 임피던스 정합수단(20)과, 상기 임피던스 정합수단의 스위칭수단에 상기 제어신호를 제공하는 제어수단(12)을 포함하여 구성하고, 상기 정합요소(20A)는, 상기 반송파증폭기(14)로부터 접속된 인덕터(L1), 상기 인덕터에 접속된 캐패시터(C2), 상기 캐패시터의 일단에 각각 순방향 및 역방향으로 병렬 접속된 다이오드(D1,D2), 상기 다이오드(D1)의 캐소우드에 병렬로 접속된 저항(R1) 및 캐패시터(C3), 상기 다이오드(D2)의 애노우드에 병렬로 접속된 저항(R2) 및 캐패시터(C4)를 포함한다.The present invention provides a matching circuit for variably optimizing the impedance matching between a half-wave amplifier and an antenna at a transmitting end of a wireless communication device operating at a wideband frequency.
