본 발명은 가스보일러의 직수사용시 직수수도꼭지를 잠글때 발생하는 유수감지스위치의 오동작을 보일러가 운전되는 현상을 미연에 방지하고자 한 가스보일러 유수감지스위치의 오동작 방지회로 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 온수사용을 유수감지스위치의 작동유무를 판별하는 가스 보일러 유수감지스위치의 오동작 방지회로에 있어서, 상기 유수감지스위치의 작동유무를 검출하는 온수사용감지회로에 시간지연회로를 게재하여 소정시간 이하의 유수감지스위치의 온신호는 무시되도록 구성하고, 온수사용을 유수감지스위치의 작동유무로 판별하는 가스보일러 유수감지스위치의 오동작 방지방법에 있어서, 상기 유수감지스위치의 입력신호를 검출하는 S1단계와, 상기 S1단계에서 유수감지스위치의 온신호가 검출되면 소정시간의 경과를 판단하는 S2단계와, 상기 S2단계에서 소정시간이 경과되도록 유수감지스위치의 온신호가 입력되면, 온수사용으로 인식하고 점화행정을 수행하는 S3단계와, 상기 S2단계에서 유수감지스위치의 온신호입력이 소정시간을 경과하지 아니하면 유수감지스위치의 오동작으로 판단하여 소화행정을 수행하는 S4단계를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a malfunction prevention circuit and a method of a gas boiler oil / water detection switch to prevent the boiler from operating when a water tap switch is shut off when the gas boiler is directly used.
