Abstract
본 발명은 팬 히터가 설치된 장소가 저온지역이거나 전원전압이 저전압일때 발생되는 연소불량상태 및 소화현상을 미연에 방지하도록한 팬 히터의 기화기온도 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은, 입력되는 전원전압을 감지하여 일정기준전압과 비교하여 저전압으로 판단되면 그에 따른 소정출력을 행하는 저전압 판별회로(11)와, 기화기의 온도를 감지하여 일정기준온도와 비교하여 저온으로 판단되면 그에 따른 소정출력을 행하는 저온판별회로(12)와, 기화기 예열완료 및 점화시 상기 저전압 판별회로(11)를 통해 전원 저전압에 따른 일정신호가 입력되고, 또 저온판별회로(12)를 통해 기호기의 저온에 따른 일정신호가 입력되고, 또 운전명령이 키입력중일때에, 전자펌프가 구동되고, 소정시간경과후 솔레노이드밸브의 개방유지신호가 마이컴(1)으로부터 출력되면 이를 시점으로 하여 기화기의 온도를 일정온도이상으로 상승시키기 위해 상기 히터구동회로(7)로 히터구동신호를 일정시간 출력하는 기화기온도 제어회로(13)로 구성되었다.The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a vaporizer temperature of a fan heater which prevents a combustion failure state and a fire extinguishing phenomenon occurring when the place where the fan heater is installed is a low temperature region or when the power voltage is low voltage.
