본 발명은 건설기계등에 널리 적용되어 사용되는 유압장치의 부분부품중 유압유의 역류를 방지하도록 한 첵밸브에 관한 것으로서 특히 여러개의 첵밸브 기능을 동시에 수행할 수 있도록 하는 유압 컨트롤 밸브의 3단 첵밸브에 관한 것으로 유압유의 합류시 역류를 방지하기 위한 역류방지용 첵밸브와 실린더의 과부하시 역류를 방지해 주는 로드 첵 밸브와 센터 바이패스통로에 유량을 합류 시킬 때 역류 방지용 첵 밸브 등 여러개의 첵밸브가 설치될때 별도의 배관이나 블록을 만들 필요없이 한개의 첵 밸브 조립체 안에 설치함으로써 규격을 소형화 하고 원가를 절감하도록 함을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a check valve to prevent the reverse flow of hydraulic oil among the parts of the hydraulic device widely applied to construction machinery, etc. In particular, the three-stage check valve of the hydraulic control valve to perform a plurality of check valve functions at the same time It is related to several check valves such as a backflow check valve to prevent backflow when hydraulic oil is joined and a load check valve to prevent backflow when cylinder overload and a check valve to prevent flow back when the flow rate is joined to the center bypass passage.
