Abstract

본 발명은 0.3데니어 이하의 극세섬유속이 교락된 부직포와 폴리우레탄 탄성체로 이루어진 인공피혁에 있어서, 100% 신장시 모듈런스가 1.0kg/mm2이하이고, 초기모듈러스가 6.0kg/mm2이하인 건식가공 폴리우레탄 탄성체(2)가 섬유속 교락부(5)에 체결되어 있고 100% 신장시 모듈러스가 1.0kg/mm2이하 이고 초기모듈러스가 5.0kg/mm2이하인 습식가공 폴리우레탄 탄성체(3)는 건식가공 폴리우레탄 탄성체(2)와 접착(4)되어 있으면식 섬유속(1)과 섬유속(1) 사이에 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공피혁으로서, 본 발명의 인공피혁은 치밀감과 표면효과가 우수하여 천연피혁의 대체 소재로 매우 유용하다.

Claims (2)

  1. 0.3데니어 이하의 극세섬유속이 교락된 부직포와 폴리우레탄 탄성체로 이루어진 인공피혁에 있어서, 100% 신장시 모듈러스가 1.0㎏/㎟ 이하이고, 초기 모듈러스가 6.0㎏/㎟ 이하인 건식가공 폴리우레탄 탄성체(2)가 섬유속 교락부(5)에 체결되어 있고 100% 신장시 모듈러스가 1.0㎏/㎟ 이하이고 초기 모듈러스가 5.0㎏/㎟ 이하인 습식가공 폴리우레탄 탄성체(3)는 건식가공 폴리우레탄 탄성체(2)와 접착(4)되어 있으면서 섬유속(1)과 섬유속(1) 사이에 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공피혁.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 탄성체는 인공피혁 전체에 대해 30~55중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공피혁.
