Abstract

본 발명은 철광석과 부원료를 소결용 원료로 조립하는 사전처리과정에 있어서, 제철소 석회소성공장에서 발생하는 석회슬러지를 소결배합원료 조립수에 용해, 저장시킨 후, 이를 배합원료에 살포함으로써 소결용 배합되는 석회석의 일부를 석회슬러지로 대체하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 공해물질인 석회슬러지를 재활용한다는 점에서 그 경제적 및 환경보호적인 효과가 크며, 또한 소결배합원료층의 통기성을 향상시키도록 하는 소결배합원료의 조립을 개선시키는 효과가 있는 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 소결배합원료의 조립공정에 대한 개략도이고,
제2도는 소결배합원료에 배합되는 석회석의 20중량%를 석회슬러지로 대체 첨가했을 때의 입도별 분포도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 철광석 소결광 제조공정에 있어서, 석회슬러지를 조립수에 10-20중량% 용해 저장시킨후, 이를 전동하는 배합원료에 살포함으로써, 부원료로 사용되는 석회석의 일부를 석회슬러지로 대체하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석회슬러지를 이용한 소결배합원료 조립방법.
