Abstract

본 발명은 결합제로서 a) 5 내지 100중량%의 모노알로파네이트 및 ii) 0 내지 95중량%의 다른 폴리이소시아네이트 부가물로 이루어지는 폴리이소시아네이트 성분, 및 b) 2개 이상의 1급 아미노기를 갖는 폴리아민과 하기 일반식의 알데히드의 반응생성물을 기재로 한 알디민
O=CHCH(R1)(R2)
(여기서 R1및 R2는 동일하거나 또는 상이할 수 있고, 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내거나, 또는 R1및 R2가 β-탄소 원자와 함께 시클로지방족 또는 테레로시클릭 고리를 형성함), 및 c) 임의로 성분 a) 및 b)의 중량을 기준으로 5중량% 이하의 이소시아네이트기 및 히드록실기 간의 반응을 위한 촉매인 주석(IV) 화합물(여기서, 성분 a) 및 b)는 이소시아네이트기 대 알디민기의 당량비가 0.5 :1 내지 20:1가 되기에 충분한 양으로 존재함)을 함유하며, 연장된 포트 수명을 가지고 주변 조건 하에서 신속히 경화되어 광학 특성이 개선된 피복물을 제공하는 피복 조성물에 관한 것이다.
또한 본 발명은 디아미노 디시클로헥실 메탄과 상기 일반식에 해당하는 알데히드로부터 제조되는 알디민에 관한 것이다.

알디민 및 알로파네이트기를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트를 기재로 한 피복 조성물

Claims (10)

  1. 결합제로서 a) 5 내지 100중량%의 모노알로파네이트 및 ii) 0 내지 95중량%의 다른 폴리이소시아네이트 부가물로 이루어지는 폴리이소시아네이트 성분, 및 b) 2개 이상의 1급 아미노기를 갖는 폴리아민과 하기 일반식의 알데히드의 반응생성물을 기재로 한 알디민
    O=CHCH(R1)(R2)
    (여기서 R1및 R2는 동일하거나 또는 상이할 수 있고, 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내거나, 또는 R1및 R2가 β-탄소 원자와 함께 시클로지방족 또는 테레로시클릭 고리를 형성함), 및 c) 임의로 성분 a) 및 b)의 중량을 기준으로 5중량% 이하의 이소시아네이트기 및 히드록실기 간의 반응을 위한 촉매인 주석(IV) 화합물(여기서, 성분 a) 및 b)는 이소시아네이트기 대 알디민기의 당량비가 0.5 :1 내지 20:1가 되기에 충분한 양으로 존재함)을 함유하며, 연장된 포트 수명을 가지고 주변 조건 하에서 신속히 경화되어 광학 특성이 개선된 피복물을 제공하는 피복 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 ai)가 25중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 피복 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 모노이소시안우레이트기 및 모노알로파네이트기를 10:1 내지 1:10의 비율로 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 블랜드인 피복 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 블랜드가 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트로부터 제조되는 것인 피복 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 동일하거나 또는 상이할 수 있고, 1 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내는 것인 피복 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 알데히드가 이소부티르알데히드 또는 2-데틸 헥사날로 이루어지는 것인 피복 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아민디아미노 디시클로헥실 메탄인 피복 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 c)가 성분 a) 및 b)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 5중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 상기 주석(IV) 화합물이 촉매가 부재한 경우의 이소시아네이트 및 히드록실기 간의 반응 속도와 비교했을 때 이들 기 간의 반응 속도를 100배로 증가시키는 것인 피복 조성물.
  9. 디아미노 디시클로헥실 메탄과 하기 일반식에 해당하는 알데히드와의 반응생성물을 기재로 한 알디민.

    상기 식 중 R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내거나, 또는 R1및 R2가 β-탄소 원자와 함께 시클로지방족 또는 헤테로시클릭 고리를 형성한다.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 동일하거나 또는 상이할 수 있고, 1 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 함유한 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내는 것인 알디민.
