Abstract
본 발명은 열가소성 폴리아미드수지 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 2개의 투입구가 있는 이축압출기를 사용하여 폴리아미드수지 20~90중량%와 폴리올레핀 10~80중량%로 이루어진 수지 100중량%에 대하여, 폴리아미드, 폴리올레핀과 무수말레인산, 푸메린산, 아크릴산 중에서 선택된 관능기 0.01~10중량%, 과산화물 0.005~0.5 중량%를 혼합하여 동력부에서 다이방향으로 제1투입구로, 내열제 0.02~2 중량제%는 제2 투입구로 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리아미드수지 조성물의 제조방법이다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a thermoplastic polyamide resin composition, using a biaxial extruder having two inlets, with respect to 100% by weight of a resin consisting of 20 to 90% by weight of polyamide resin and 10 to 80% by weight of polyolefin. From 0.01 to 10% by weight of functional groups selected from amide, polyolefin, maleic anhydride, fumeric acid, and acrylic acid, and 0.005 to 0.5% by weight of peroxide, the first portion of the power unit is in the direction of the die, and the heat resistant agent is 0.02 to 2% by weight.
