Abstract

본 발명은 건축용판재로 사용되는 합성수지판재의 성형재료인 폴리에틸렌과 폴리프로필렌에 톱밥을 충전제로 배합함을 특징으로 하는 톱밥을 충전재로한 합성수지 건축용판재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 종전의 경우에도 폴리에틸렌이나 폴리프로필렌을 단독으로 이용한 여러가지 건축용 자재가 있지만 일부 판재들은 접착제로 접합이 안되며, 자외선에 저항이 약해 장시간 옥외에서 방치할 경우 변성이 오는등, 기타 하중에 장시간 방출시 크립현상과, 굽힘 탄성율이 취약하며 일부 약품에 대하여 환경응력이 가해진 상태에서 표면균열이 발생하는 현상등으로 인하여 건자재로서 그 이용범위가 극히 제한적으로 사용되고 있는바이다.
따라서 본 발명은 폴리에틸렌과 폴리프로필렌에 중량제로 톱밥을 배합시켜 생산코스트를 절감함과 동시에 일반목재 합판의 경우와 비슷하게 연질화 시킴으로서, 건축시공 현장에서 자르거나 못질하는 경우라도 손쉽게 이용할 수 있으며, 인장감도 및 강성 등도 적당히 연질화 되는 효과를 얻는 합성수지 건축용판재에 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 건축용 판재의 합성수지 주성형배합제로서 폴리에틸렌 : 35부(Phr) 폴리프로필렌 : 25부(Phr) 톱밥 : 40부(Phr) [함수율 5% 이하, 입자 50메쉬] 이상 원자재 100부(Phr)에 대하여, 난연제 가소제 : 트리클레틸 포스페이트[(CH2C6H5O)3PO] 30부(Phr) 안정제 : 3염기성 말레인산염(트리말) 4.7부(Phr) 항산화제 : 알킬페놀(BHT) 0.3부(Phr)등의 부자재 40부(Phr)를 압출호퍼에 투입하여 노(爐)내온도 160~220℃, 압력 100~300㎏/㎠ 상태에서 기계적으로 배합 압출시켜 적정한 판재규격으로 압연 냉간함을 특징으로하는 톱밥을 충전재로 한 합성수지 건축용판재의 제조방법.
