Abstract
본 발명은 경량 골재를 이용하여 탄소섬유 및 강재를 복합 보강한 경량 시멘트 복합재 제조방법을 제공한다. 비중이 낮고 화학적 및 열적으로 매우 안정하나 변형율이 적은 탄소섬유와 비중은 높으나 변형율이 크며 가격이 저렴한 강재를 경량골재를 포함한 시멘트 매트릭스에 첨가 혼합함으로써 굴곡 하중 작용시 최대 하중 이후의 거동이 우수하고 고강도가 요구되는 특수용도의 부재로서도 사용할 수 있는 경량 시멘트 복합재를 제조할 수 있다.
이같은 복합재는 건축재를 비롯한 여러 용도에 사용될 수 있다.

제1도는 경량 시멘트 복합재에 있어서 강재(스틸 칩)의 함량변화에 따른 성형체의 굴곡하중과 휨변 형간의 관계를 나타내는 그래프.
제2도는 탄소섬유 보강된 경량시멘트 복합재에 있어서 강재(스틸 칩)의 함량 변화에 따른 성형체의 굴곡하중과 휨변형과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프.
제3도는 경량 시멘트 복합재에 있어서 강재(스틸 메쉬)의 함량변화에 따른 성형체의 굴곡하중과 휨변형간의 관계를 나타내는 그래프.
제4도는 탄소섬유 보강된 경량시멘트 복합재에 있어서 강재(스틸메쉬)의 함량변화에 따른 성형체의 굴곡하중과 휨변형과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프.
Claims (1)
- 감수제 0.005-0.04(감수제/바인더, 중량비)를 혼합수 0.2-0.4(혼합수/바인더, 중량비, 바인더=실리카흄+시멘트+경량골재)에 혼합시킨 혼합용액 ; 실리카흄 0.05-0.3(실리카흄/바인더, 중량비) ; 및 경량골재 0.05-0.2(경량골재/바인더, 중량비)를 포함하여 이루어진 시멘트 매트릭스에 탄소섬유를 0.5-3체적% 첨가하고 혼합한 후, 강재를 0.1-3체적% 첨가하여 성형 및 양생시킴을 특징으로 하는 경량시멘트 복합재 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
