Abstract
세척액을 분사하는 분사노즐의 분사구를 다수개 형성하여 자동차의 주행조건에 따라 분사노즐의 해당 분사구를 설정하여 세척액의 분사위치를 가변시키므로 세척액의 분사효과를 높힐 수 있도록 하는 자동차 유리창의 세척액 분사 제어장치 및 그 방법을 제공하기 위하여, 자동차에 작용하는 바람의 방향과 세기를 감지하여 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 풍향 감지수단과; 자동차의 주행속도를 감지하여 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 차속 감지수단과; 자동차의 유리창에 세척액을 분사시키고자 할 경우에 운전자가 동작시키는 분사노즐 구동 스위치와; 자동차 유리창의 설정된 모든 부분에 세척액을 분사시키고자 할 경우에 운전자가 동작시키는 모드 선택 스위치와; 상기 분사노즐 구동 스위치가 동작될 경우에 모드 선택 스위치의 동작상태를 판단하여, 모드 선택 스위치가 동작될 경우에 세척액을 펌핑하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하고, 순차적으로 설정된 분사구에서 세척액이 분사될 수 있는 해당 제어신호를 출력하고 분사노즐 구동스위치가 동작이 중지될 경우에 세척액의 펌핑동작을 중지시키고, 상기 분사노즐 구동 스위치가 동작되고 모드 선택 스위치가 동작되지 않을 경우에, 상기 풍향감지수단과 차속감지수단에서 인가되는 신호를 판독하여 자동차의 주행조건을 판단하고, 판단된 주행조건에 따른 해당 분사구를 설정하여, 세척액을 펌핑하기 위한 제어신호와 해당 분사구를 통해 세척액이 분사될 수 있는 해당 제어신호를 출력하고, 분사노즐 구동스위치의 동작이 중지될 경우에 세척액의 펌핑동작을 중지시키기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 동작 제어수단과; 상기 동작 제어수단에서 인가되는 제어신호에 따라 동작상태가 가변되어 저장탱크에 저장되어 있는 세척액을 펌핑하는 세척액 펌프와; 상기 동작 제어수단에서 인가되는 제어신호에 따라 해당하는 밸브가 동작하여 해당 밸브의 상태가 개방되어 세척액 펌프에서 펌핑된 세척액이 분사될 수 있도록 하는 솔레노이드 밸브부와, 상기 솔레노이드 밸브부의 동작상태에 따라 해당 분사구가 개방되어 세척액이 분사되는 분사노즐로 이루어져 있다.Cleaning liquid injection control device for automobile glass window to increase the spraying effect of the cleaning liquid by forming a plurality of injection nozzles for spraying the cleaning liquid and varying the spraying position of the cleaning liquid by setting the corresponding injection hole of the spraying nozzle according to the driving conditions of the vehicle.
