타이어 가류기에 벤트리스 밸브(1)를 장착하고 그 밸브(1)에 진공파이프(3) 및 공기압 파이프(4)가 T자형으로 연결된 흡배기 파이프(1)를 연결하되 상기 진공파이프(3)와 공기압파이프(4)에는 각각 밸브(V1)(V2)를 장치한 가류몰드(2)와 이를 이용하여 가류시작시에는 진공파이프(3)로 내부 공기를 빼고 가류후는 공기압파이프(4)로 공기를 내부에 주입하여 미리 몰드로부터 타이어의 트레부를 분리시킨후 타이어를 인출함으로써 몰드의 그루브 또는 커퍼에 의한 타이어의 손상을 감소시킨 것이다.A ventless valve (1) is mounted on the tire vulcanizer, and a vacuum pipe (3) and a pneumatic pipe (4) are connected to the valve (1) with an intake and exhaust pipe (1) connected in a T-shape, but the vacuum pipe (3) and the air pressure are connected.
