Abstract

이 발명은 부품 이스케이프 장치에 관한 것으로서, 실린더를 사용하는 경우 실린더의 이송 속도가 일정하지 않아 속도조절이 어려우며 계속 움직이는 기구이므로 이스케이프의 실패가 많은 것이었으며, 스텝핑 모터와 보올 스크류를 사용하는 경우에는 완벽한 이스케이프가 이루어지나 상가 실린더를 사용하는 경우에 비해 10여배 이상으로 고가인 종래의 문제점을 해결하고자 한다.
이를 해결하기 위하여 이 발명은, 제2도에 나타낸 바와 같이 인장코일 스프링(32)으로 탄성력 있게 설치된 이스케이프 유니트(16)를 다단캠에 의해 간헐적으로 이송시킴으로써 이스케이프 유니트(16)의 이송속도를 일정하게 유지할 수 있고 이에 따라서 부품에 대한 완벽한 이스케이프를 행할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 보올 피이더의 직진가이드 단부에 다수의 이스케이프 홈이 형성된 이스케이프 유니트가 이송기구로 이송되도록 설치되어 있는 부품 이스케이프 장치에 있어서, 상기 이스케이프 유니트가 간헐적으로 이송되도록 간헐이송수단이 구비되어 있는 부품 이스케이프 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 간헐이송수단은, 이스케이프 유니트의 일측단에 형성되는 캠플로어와, 상기 이스케이프 유니트의 이스케이프 홈과 동일한 수만큼의 계단이 형성된 다단캠으로 되어 있는 부품 이스케이프 장치.
