Abstract
본 발명은 절 또는 강, 비철금속의 주편 제조시 주편 두께의 조절이 가능한 주형과 이러한 형태의 주형을 이용한 주편 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 주형내 주편두께의 조절에 따른 응고속도 형상으로 주조결함의 개선 및 열처리후 결정입도 미세화가 가능하고, 아울러 주편 두께 조절에 따라서 후공정의 열간압연시 압연횟술의 단축이 가능한 주편 제조방법 및 그 주형장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 주편의 두께 감소효과에 의해서 후공정의 주편균열 열처리 시간 단축 및, 중심부 소재의 물성 균질화와, 열간압연공정의 단축이 가능한 주편 제조방법 및 주형장치를 제공한다.The present invention relates to a mold capable of adjusting the thickness of the cast steel in the production of slabs of steel, non-ferrous metals and a method for manufacturing a cast using this type of mold, more specifically cast in a solidification rate shape according to the control of the thickness of the cast in the mold The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cast and a molding apparatus capable of reducing defects and miniaturizing grain size after heat treatment and shortening rolling cycles during hot rolling in a post process by controlling the thickness of the cast.
