Abstract
본 발명은 폐지 등 고지(古紙)를 원료로한 버섯재배용 배지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a mushroom cultivation medium using old paper such as waste paper.
종래에 양송이, 느타리버섯 등을 낙면(落綿)을 이용한 버섯재배용 배지도 제안된바 있으나, 재배농가가 증가되어 수요가 급증되어 원료의 공급부족으로 수입에 의존하고 있고, 낙면의 가격앙 등으로 재배농가의 수지채산면에 심각한 타격을 주고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 발명의 목적은 쉽게 저렴히 공급될 수 있는 고지, 폐지를 주 원재료로한 버섯재배용 배지를 제공함에 있는 것으로 주재료인 폐지 등 고지를 1㎠~2㎠으로 세절한것 70%~80%, 미강 15%~10%, 낙면 9%~4%, 왕겨 5%, 소맥분 1%를 수분 65%~70%로 균일하게 혼합교반한 것을 퇴적하고, 배지내면의 발효온도가 50℃이상이 된때 뒤집기를 수차 실시하고, 이를 적당한 크기로 압착 성형한 다음 내열성 P.E 포대에 넣고 배지내의 온도가 60℃이상이 되게 스팀살균처리하여서 한다.Conventionally, mushroom cultivation medium using mushrooms, mushrooms, and oyster mushrooms has been proposed, but the demand for farming has increased due to the increase in cultivation farms.
