종래에 양송이, 느타리버섯 등을 낙면(落綿)을 이용한 버섯재배용 배지도 제안된바 있으나, 재배농가가 증가되어 수요가 급증되어 원료의 공급부족으로 수입에 의존하고 있고, 낙면의 가격앙 등으로 재배농가의 수지채산면에 심각한 타격을 주고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 발명의 목적은 쉽게 저렴히 공급될 수 있는 고지, 폐지를 주 원재료로한 버섯재배용 배지를 제공함에 있는 것으로 주재료인 폐지 등 고지를 1㎠~2㎠으로 세절한것 70%~80%, 미강 15%~10%, 낙면 9%~4%, 왕겨 5%, 소맥분 1%를 수분 65%~70%로 균일하게 혼합교반한 것을 퇴적하고, 배지내면의 발효온도가 50℃이상이 된때 뒤집기를 수차 실시하고, 이를 적당한 크기로 압착 성형한 다음 내열성 P.E 포대에 넣고 배지내의 온도가 60℃이상이 되게 스팀살균처리하여서 한다.Conventionally, mushroom cultivation medium using mushrooms, mushrooms, and oyster mushrooms has been proposed, but the demand for farming has increased due to the increase in cultivation farms.
