Abstract

본 발명의 유전체 필터장치는 유전체 안테나 듀플렉서용으로 사용되는 것으로 신호전송 및 신호수신 공진기를 가지며 분파회로가 유전체 세라믹동체의 접지용 외면에 배열되고 접지용외면의 외부전도부재로부터 분리되어 전기적으로 절열되며, 신호전송 및 신호수신용 공진기의 공진전도부재가 인터디지탈상으로 배열되고 신호전송용 공진기와 신호수신용 공진기의 인접 배치된 공진전도부재가 동일 방향으로 병렬로 배열되어 장치의 부품수가 현저히 감소될 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 유전체 세라믹동체, 다수의 공진전도부재를 포함하고 유전체 세라믹동체내에 배설된 신호전송용 공진기, 다수의 공진전도부재를 포함하고 유전체 세라믹동체내에 배설된 신호수신용 공진기, 유전체 세라믹동체의 외면에 배설된 외부전도부재, 유전체 세라믹동체의 외면에 배설된 신호전송 및 신호수신용 입력/출력결합단과, 유전체 세라믹동체의 외면에 배열되고 외부전도부재로부터 분리되어 전기전으로 절연된 분파회로로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터장치.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 안테나단자가 분파회로에 직집 연결되게 유전체 세라믹동체의 외면에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터장치.
  3. 유전체 세라믹동체, 다수의 공진전도부재를 포함하고 유전체 세라믹동체내에 배설된 신호전송용 공진기, 다수의 공진전도부재를 포함하고 유전체 세라믹동체내에 배설된 신호수신용 공진기, 유전체 세라믹동체외 외면에 배설된 외부전도부재, 유전체 세라믹동체의 외면에 배설된 신호전송 및 신호수신용 입력/출력결합단과, 유전체 세라믹동체의 외면에 배열되고 외부전도부재로부터 분리되어 전기적으로 절연된 분파회로로 구성되고, 신호전송 및 신호수신용 공진전도부재가 인터디지탈상으로 배열되며 신호전송용 공진기와 신호수신용 공진기의 인접 배치된 공진전도부재가 동일방향으로 병렬로 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터장치.
  4. 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 유전체 세라믹동체가 직육면체형이고 내부에 다수의 통공이 형성되어 있으며 각 통공의 주연벽이 전도물질로 코팅되어 공진전도 부재를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터장치.
  5. 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 유전체 세라믹동체가 상하중첩된 한쌍의 세라믹 기판으로 구성되고 신호전송용 공진기와 신호수신용 공진기의 공진전도부재가 적층기판 사이에 배열된을 특징으로 하는 유전체 필터장치.
