Abstract

본 발명은 셀룰로오즈 아세테이트 방사원액에 이소옥틸 스테아레이트(Iso Octyl Stearate)를 첨가하여 방사, 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 심색성이 우수한 아세테이트 섬유의 제조방법으로서, 본 발명에 의하여 제조된 심색성 아세테이트 섬유는 기존의 아세테이트 섬유보다 반응성 염료에 의한 염색시 매우 우수한 색수율(발색도)을 나타내게 되어 비스코스 레이온 등과 같이 반응성 염색을 일반적으로 행하는 타섬유와의 복합 또는 교직을 통하여 직물에 적용시에 색감발현이 뛰어나 고급의류용 소재로서 사용가능하며, 심색성 아세테이트 섬유 단독으로 직물 적용시에도 분산염료로서 표현하기 어려운 우아하면서도 선명한 색감을 발현할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 셀룰로오즈 아세테이트 섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 방사원액에 이소옥틸 스테아레이트(Iso Octyl Stearate)를 첨가하여 방사, 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 심색성이 우수한 아세테이트 섬유의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이소옥틸 스테아레이트 방사원액 대비 4~7중량% 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 심색성 아세테이트 섬유의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 건조는 방사통 내부에서 0.8~0.9초간 실시함을 특징으로 하는 심색성 아세테이트 섬유의 제조방법.
