Abstract
본 발명은 해양으로부터 분리한 미생물인 쥬글리아 스페시스(Zoogloea sp.)(한국종균협회 KCCM-10036. 기탁일자 1993년 5월 15일)로부터 세포외로 생산된 다당에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a polysaccharide produced extracellularly from the microorganism isolated from the ocean, joogloea sp. 일반적으로 쥬글리아 속 미생물이 생산하는 다당류는 현재까지 모두 한가지 종류만을 생산하고 있는데 생산된 다당류의 조성은 글루코스(Glucose), 갈락토스(Galaclose), 피루빅산(Phyruric)등으로 구성되어 있다. 또한 분리한 쥬글리아 속 미생물은 모두 육상에서 분리된 것뿐이다.In general, the polysaccharides produced by the microorganisms of the genus Zuglia have produced only one kind to date.
