본 발명은 다음식과 같이 히드라진을 시아노아크릴레이트와 친핵축합반응시켜 벼에 약해가 없으면 제초효과가 뛰어난 5-아미노피라졸 유도체만을 선택적으로 제조하도록 하였으며, 이때 합성 용매로 물을 사용하여 별도의 용매종류 공정없이 직접추출, 농축공정으로 진행할 수 있도록 한 5-아미노피라졸 유도체만을 선택적으로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.In the present invention, nucleocondensation reaction of hydrazine with cyanoacrylate is used to selectively prepare only 5-aminopyrazole derivatives having excellent herbicidal effect without damaging rice.
