Abstract
감압하에서 증발노축을 해 사진폐액의 최정처분량을 감소하는 처리장치에 있어서 사진폐액으로부터 증발된 가승의 농축효율과, 장치전체의 열효율을 향상해서 런닝코스트를 저감한다. 물봉함식의 진공펌프(2)로 농축뱅크(1)내로 배기시키면서, 농축탱크(1)에 수용한 사진폐액을 히트펌프(3)의 방열기(15)로 가열한다. 봉함수를 수용하는 봉함수 탱크(4)에 히트펌프(3)의 흡열기(16)를 배치한다. 진공펌프(2)와 농축탱크(1)를 접속하는 가스통로(21)의 중도부에 냉각수 통로(22)를 접속한다. 냉각수 통로(22)로부터 냉각수를 공급해서 가스를 예비냉각한다. 흡열기(16)에서 냉각한 봉함수와 가스와 상기 냉각수를 동시에 진공펌프(2)로 흡인해서 이 펌프를 통과하는 동안에 가스를 응축시킨다.In a processing apparatus which evaporates under reduced pressure to reduce the maximum disposal amount of the photographic waste liquid, the running efficiency is reduced by improving the concentration efficiency of the foods evaporated from the photographic waste liquid and the thermal efficiency of the entire apparatus. The sealed water and the gas cooled in the heat absorber 16 and the cooling water are simultaneously drawn into the vacuum pump 2 to condense the gas while passing through the pump.
