Abstract

본 발명은 패킷 동영상부호기 및 복호기에 있어서 데이타의 패킷손실에서도 효율적으로 복호하는 방법에 관한것이다. 이를 위하여 패킷 동영상부호기에서 패킷 부호화된 데이타를 패킷 동영상복호기로 전송시 발생하는 패킷손실에 대하여 효율적인 복호방법으로, 패킷길이가 53바이트인 B-ISDN용 셀로 전송하는 경우 셀에 헤더정보, 스타트 포인터(Start Pointer;SP)정보, 절대 어드레스(Absolute Address; AA)정보, 예약(Reserved) 정보, 인밸리드 비트(Invalid Bit)정보를 삽입하고, 나머지 K 바이트에 실질적으로 전송되는 데이타를 삽입하여 전송하므로써, 패킷 동영상 부호화된 데이타를 전송시 발생하는 패킷손실에 대하여 효율적으로 복호하여 패킷 동영상복호시 원래의 신호를 충실히 복호할 수가 있다.

제3도는 본 발명에 의한 패킷 동영상부호기 및 복호기에 있어서 패킷손실에 대한 효율적인 데이타 복구방법을 실현하기 위한 전송셀의 구성도.

Claims (2)

  1. 패킷 동영상부호기에서 패킷 부호화된 데이타를 패킷 동영상복호기로 전송시 발생하는 패킷손실에 대한 효율적인 복호방법에 있어서, 패킷길이가 N바이트인 B-ISDN용 셀로 전송하는 경우 셀에 헤더정보, 스타트 포인터(Start Pointer; SP) 정보, 절대 어드레스(Absolute Address; AA) 정보, 예약(Reserved) 정보, 인밸리드 비트(Invalid Bit) 정보를 삽입하고, 나머지 K 바이트에 실질적으로 전송되는 데이타를 삽입하여 전송함을 특징으로 하는 패킷 동영상부호기 및 복호기에 있어서 패킷손실에 대한 효율적인 복호방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 패킷길이가 53바이트인 B-ISDN용 셀로 전송하는 경우 셀에 5바이트의 헤더정보, 9비트의 스타트 포인터정보, 11비트의 절대 어드레스정보, 7비트의 예약정보, 5비트의 인밸리드 비트정보를 삽입하고, 나머지 44바이트에 실질적으로 전송되는 데이타를 삽입함을 특징으로 하는 패킷 동영상부호기 및 복호기에 있어서 패킷손실에서 효율적인 복호방법.
