Abstract

본 발명은 80MHZ-1GHZ 이상까지 광대역에서의 전자파방사를 감소시켜 기기간의 전자기 방해를 방지함은 물론 조립이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록한 EMI 방지용 컨넥터 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 광대역의 전자파 방사를 감소시킬 수 있는 수단이 구비되어 있지 않아 상기 방사 전자파에 의한 기기간의 전자기 방해(EMI)현상이 발생되는 문제점과 함께 디-서브(1)의 각 핀(10)에 전선(2)이 연결된 접속구(3)의 접속시 일일이 접속시켜야되므로 조립의 어려움을 초래하는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 발명은 공진 특성이 없는 관통형 콘덴서(5)를 디-서브(1)와 접속구(3)사이의 핀(10)외측에 수개 삽입하고, 삽입구멍(61)의 경사홈(62)에 걸림편(30)의 걸림으로 수개의 접속구(3)가 삽입고정된 고투자율의 비드(6)를 몰딩부(4)에 내재시킨 것으로, 광대역의 전자파 방사에 의한 기기간의 전자기 방해(EMI) 및 외부로부터의 정전기 방전전류를 고역까지 효과적으로 방지함과 아울러 조립이 용이하게 이루어질수 있는 효과를 가지게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 수개의 핀(10)에 삽입되고, 절연물로된 고정체(11)로 상기핀(10)을 고정시킨 디-서브(1)와, 상기 디-서브(1)의 핀(10)에 전선(2)을 접속연결시키는 접속구(3)와, 상기 각 접속구(3)을 일체로 몰딩한 몰딩부(4)로 구성됨에 있어서, 상기 디-서브(1)와 접속구(3)사이의 핀(10)외측에 삽입되어 광대역의 방사전자파를 접지측으로 바이패스시키는 수개의 관통형 콘덴서(5)와, 상기 각 접속구(3)가 삽입구멍(61)에 걸림고정된 고투자율의 비드(6)가 몰딩부(4)내부에 구비된 것을 특징으로 한 EMI 방지용 컨넥터 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접속구(3)는 일측 후방으로 돌출되고 탄성력을 갖는 걸림편(30)이 형성되고, 상기 비드(6)의 삽입구멍(61) 내측에는 접속구(3)의 삽입구멍(61) 삽입시 압축되는 걸림편(30)이 팽창하면서 잡아당김에 의해 끼워져 접속구(3)를 걸림고정되게 하는 경사홈(62)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한 EMI 방지용 컨텍터 장치.
