Description

Filter cloth for wastewater treatment and its manufacturing method

The present invention relates to a method for producing a filter cloth for waste water treatment by blending porous zeolite, activated carbon, diatomaceous earth and the like with a polyurethane resin as a subject, and the filter cloth.

In the past, wastewater treatment cloth was used as a woven fabric made of polyethylene resin or polypropylene resin. Wastewater purification had no dispensation.

The present application relates to a method for maximizing water pollution caused by heavy metals, strong acids, and strong alkalis by filtration and purifying a nearly perfect wastewater most effectively by eliminating the waste ends of the filter cloth for wastewater treatment, as described in detail below. Same as

The present invention is a mixture of zeolite, activated carbon and diatomaceous earth powder in the wet polyurethane resin in the state of starch syrup as an intermediate layer, and a woven fabric made of polyethylene or polypropylene fiber is pressed against both sides by hydraulic pressure and then immersed in water for a certain time. Consists of completing.

In the present invention, each component may be appropriately modified and blended, but it is preferable to mix the wet polyurethane resin to about 50 parts with respect to 5 parts of zeolite, 13 parts of activated carbon, and 5 parts of diatomaceous earth. In this case, the particle size of zeolite, activated carbon and diatomaceous earth is appropriately 400-600 mesh, and the polyurethane resin is preferably a wet polyurethane resin in the form of starch syrup, that is, a polyurethane resin containing about 65% of moisture. Plywood is appropriate. The time for immersing the filter cloth pressed by the hydraulic pressure in water may be immersed for 30 minutes-about 1 hour.

In the present invention, when the mixture of the wet polyurethane resin and zeolite, activated carbon, and diatomaceous earth is cured together with a double-sided woven fabric without porosity, no pores are generated or the pores are not uniform, so the filtration is not smooth.

In addition, when only one of the zeolite, activated carbon, diatomaceous earth, and polyurethane resin is mixed, pores are not formed or are uneven or too large or too small to be inappropriate as a filter cloth, and the plating waste water may be filtered through a woven fabric without using the mixture. When the woven fabric was corroded or severely contaminated and clogged, there was a short-lived defect of the filter cloth. However, when the plating wastewater was filtered with a filter cloth made by the same method using a mixture of the materials of the present invention, Of course, there was a surprising effect of filtering heavy metals and acids.

As described above, since any one of zeolite, activated carbon, diatomaceous earth, and wet polyurethane is selectively used, the whole mixture is used, so that the polyurethane resin not only improves moldability with woven fabric together with other components in the mixture. Because of the unique constituents of, its unique properties are mixed to increase the filtration effect. That is, as described above, the filtration effect is increased due to characteristics such as purification effect by activated carbon, collection, recovery and decolorization of certain components, porosity by diatomaceous earth, porosity by zeolite and ion exchange property. Complementary, it is presumed to be the result of combining polyurethane hygroscopicity and acid filterability.

In other words, by filtering, decolorizing, collecting, recovering, and purifying heavy metals, strong acids, strong alkalis and dyes contained in various industrial wastewaters including plating wastewater by the characteristics of each component and molding by polyurethane resin and woven fabric. And ion exchange to filter the wastewater. In addition, in the present application, since each of the mixed components are all different in processability, that is, because the size of the pores is different, these components are combined, so that the pores of the filter cloth can be uniformly diversified.

As described above, the filter cloth of the present invention almost completely filters and collects heavy metal wastewater of a plating plant containing chromium, manganese, and the like, and adsorbs and neutralizes heavy metals, and also adsorbs, neutralizes or neutralizes strong acids or alkalis in the wastewater of other chemical treatment processes. It is said to be a very useful invention for industrial wastewater filtration because of its ion exchange properties.
