인간으로부터 발생되는 뇌파를 감지하여 전기적인 뇌파신호로 변환한 뒤에 출력하는 뇌파 감지부(10)와; 뇌파 감지부로부터 입력되는 뇌파신호를 증폭한 뒤에 출력하는 증폭부(20)와; 증폭부로부터 입력되는 애널로그 형태의 뇌파신호를 디지틀 형태의 뇌파신호로 변환하여 출력하는 애널로그/디지틀 변환부(30)와; 인간으로부터 발생되는 뇌파중에서 오디오와 관련된 특정한 형태의 뇌파가 기준 뇌파신호로서 디지틀화되어 저장되어 있는 메모리부(50)와; 애널로그/디지틀 변환부로부터 입력되는 뇌파신호를 메모리부의 저장되어 있는 기준 뇌파신호와 비교 분석하여, 이에 따라 카오디오를 구동하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 마이크로 컨트롤러(40)와; 마이크로 컨트롤러로부터 입력되는 제어신호에 따라 카오디오의 동작을 제어하는 카오디오 구동부(60)로 구성되어; 운전자로부터 발생되는 뇌파를비교 분석함으로써 운전자의 의도를 파악한 뒤에, 이에 따라 카오디오가 자동적으로 동작되게 함으로써 운전환경을 보다 더욱 쾌적하게 하거나 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 뇌파를 이용한 카오디오 자동 제어장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것.An electroencephalogram detecting unit (10) for detecting and converting an electroencephalogram generated from a human being into an electrical electroencephalogram signal; An amplifying unit 20 for amplifying and outputting an EEG signal input from an EEG detecting unit; An analogue / digital converter 30 for converting an analogue brainwave signal input from the amplifier into a digital brainwave signal; A memory unit 50 in which a specific type of brain wave related to audio is digitally stored as a reference brain wave signal among brain waves generated from a human; A microcontroller 40 for comparing and analyzing the EEG signals inputted from the analog / digital conversion unit with the reference EEG signals stored in the memory unit, and outputting a control signal for driving the car audio accordingly; A car audio driver 60 for controlling the operation of the car audio according to the control signal input from the microcontroller; After the driver's intention is determined by comparing and analyzing the brain waves generated from the driver, the car audio is automatically operated accordingly.
