Abstract
본 발명의 윤활 장치는 내연 기관의 엔진 각 부분에 공급되는 윤활유의 온도를 낮추어 주고 오일팬(1)측에서의 외부 공기에 의한 방열을 촉진하려는 것이다. 이 윤활 장치의 구성을 살펴보면, 오일팬(1)로부터 윤활유를 흡입하도록 오일 펌프(2)가 설치되어서 윤활유 공급 통로(3)을 거쳐 엔진 각 부분의 윤활유(4)에 윤활유를 압송한다. 토출된 윤활유의 일부가 분류되도록 윤활유 공급 통로(3)으로부터 바이패스 통로(6)이 분기 형성되어 있고 그 중간에 오일 냉각기(8)이 개재되어 있다. 바이패스 통로(6)의 선단은 오일 펌프(2)의 흡입측에 합류하고 오일 냉각기(8)에서 방열한 저온 윤활유가 오일팬(1)내에 혼합되지 않고 오일 펌프(2)에 되돌아오게 되어 있다.The lubrication apparatus of the present invention is intended to lower the temperature of the lubricating oil supplied to each part of the engine of the internal combustion engine and to promote heat dissipation by external air at the oil pan 1 side. The bypass passage 6 is branched from the lubricating oil supply passage 3 so that a part of the discharged lubricating oil is classified, and an oil cooler 8 is interposed therebetween. The tip of the bypass passage 6 joins the suction side of the oil pump 2 and the low temperature lubricant oil radiated from the oil cooler 8 is returned to the oil pump 2 without being mixed in the oil pan 1. .
