Abstract

본 발명은 세탁기의 포량 감지방법에 관한 것으로, 부력의 원리를 이용한 표량 감지방법에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 모터의 유도기전력을 이용하여 포량을 감지하므로 모터풀리와 클러치풀리간의 벨트 장력에 따라 가변되므로 정확성이 걸여 되었다.
본 발명은 세탁물이 없는 상태에서 단위수량당이 수위값과 수위증가치를 학습시키는 제1단계와, 세탁물이 들어있는 상태에서 급수되는 물의 양과 수위를 읽어내는 제2 단계와, 제1단계의 수위증가치와 제2단계의 수위증가치를 비교하여 세탁물이 물위에 완전히 뜨는 시점을 체크하여 그때의 수위와 학습된 수위를 비교하여 세탁물량을 계산하는 제3단계로 이루어져 주위환경에 관계없이 항상 정확한 포량을 감지하므로 물의 소비를 줄이고 세탁물의 손상을 방지할 수 있으며 세척도를 향상 시킬 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 세탁물이 없는 상태에서 단위수량당의 수위값과 수위증가치를 학습시키는 제1단계와, 세탁물이 들어있는 상태에서 급수되는 물의 양과 수위를 읽어내는 제2단계와, 제1단계의 수위증가치와 제2단계의 수위증가치를 비교하여 세탁물이 물위에 완전히 뜨는 시점을 체크하여 그때의 수위와 학습된 수위를 비교하여 세탁물량에 계산하는 제3단계를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 포량 감지방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 세탁물이 물위에 완전히 뜨는 시점은 학습된 수위증가치와 세탁물이 들어있는 상태에서의 수위증가치를 비교하여 수위증가치가 같을 때를 완전히 뜨는 시점으로 함을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 포량 감지방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 세탁물량의 계산은 세탁물이 완전히 뜨는 상태의 수위와, 학습된 단위수량당 수위값의 차를 구하고 단위면적(㎠)과 곱하여 량과 질량을 계산함을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 포량 감지방법.
