이축연신 및 열처리를 실시하여 열가소성 폴리에스테르 필름을 제조함에 있어서, 종방향 및 횡방향으로 연신한 필름을 5단계 이상의 열처리 구간의 1∼3구간에서 온도(Tm-30℃) ±10℃, 최종 연신비의 5∼15%비율로 재연신 하며, 상기 열처리 1구간에서 재연신비의 50-70% 배분비를 만족하게 하고(Tm-30℃)±10℃-Tm의 온도에서 이완 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 이축연신 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 이축 연신 폴리에스테르 필름은 필름의 폭방향 전부위에서 균일한 물성을 갖고 있어 보우잉 현상이 없는 우수한 필름이다.In manufacturing a thermoplastic polyester film by carrying out biaxial stretching and heat treatment, the film stretched in the longitudinal and transverse directions is subjected to a temperature (Tm-30 ° C.) of ± 10 ° C. at a temperature of 1 to 3 sections of five or more heat treatment sections, and a final draw ratio.
