Abstract

본 발명은 롤(roll) 형태의 기록질ㄹ 사용하는 팩시밀리나 프린터등의 사무기기에서 기록지 절단용 자동절단기에 관한 것으로서, 절단속도가 향상되고, 소음을 저감시켜 주기 위해, 양단에 안내부(11)가 형성되고 상단에 날이 형성되는 고정칼(10)과, 상기 고정칼(10)의 양단 안내부(11)에 양단부가 상하로 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되고상단 양측에 인장스프링(21) 탄지되며 하단 중심에서 양쪽에서 경사지게 날이 형성되는 구동칼(20)과, 상기 구동칼(20) 상단 중앙에 외주면이 밀착되고 편심으로 형성되는 구동캠(30)으로 구성하여, 구동캠(30)의 회전에 의해 구동칼 (20)이 고정칼(10)의 안내부(11)를 따라 하향으로 직선 이동되고, 인장스프링(21)의 탄발력에 의해 구동칼(20)이 상부로 복귀되며, 이때 구동칼(20)과 고정칼(10)의 날 접촉이 양단에서 중앙으로 진행되도록 하므로 기록지(P) 폭의 좌우 양단에서 동시에 절단되기 시작하도록 하는 사무기기의 자동절단기.

Claims (1)

  1. 양단에 안내부가 형성되고 상단에 날이 형성되는 고정칼과, 상기 고정칼의 안내부에 양단부가 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되고 상단에 인장스프링이 탄지되며 하단 중심에서 양쪽으로 경사지게 날이 형성되어 기록시의 신속한 절단과 소음을 줄이도록 하는 구동칼과, 상기 구동칼 상단에 외주면이 밀착되고 편심으로 형성되는 구동캠으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 사무기기의 자동절단기.
