본 발명은 전자렌지의 마그네트론에서 발생되는 노이즈를 효과적으로 차폐시킬 수 있는 차폐장치에 관한 것으로서 종래에는 차폐장치에 소요되는 부품이 상당히 많은 부품으로 형성된 것이기 때문에 재료비의 증가는 물론 조립공정에 소요되는 시간이 상당하여 생산성이 저하되는 폐단이 있는 것이므로 본 발명은 실드케이스(100)와; 상기 실드케이스(100)의 일측면을 타발 형성하여 개구부(111)가 구비된 돌출부(110)와; 상기 돌출부(110)의 상면에 고정되며 몸체 상하면으로 분리전극(11)과 공통전극(12)이 부착되고 관통구멍(13)이 형성된 세라믹 유전에(10)와; 상기 관통구멍(13)에 끼워지며 상부에는 절곡편(32)이 구비된 관통도체(30)와;상기 세라믹 유전체910) 상,하부 및 관통구멍(13)사이에 몰딩 성형되는 절연수지(120)에 의하여 구성되는 것으로서 이와같은 본 발명은 커패시터를 구성하는 부품이 실드케이스(100)의 돌출부(110)에 접면되는 세라믹유전체(10)와 관통구멍(13)에 끼워지는 관통도체(30)에 의하여 구성되는 것인바, 종래에 비하여 부품의 수가 절반수준으로 감소되는 것이므로 전체적인 제작비의 절감과 함께 조립공정을 간소화 시킬 수 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a shielding device capable of effectively shielding the noise generated from the magnetron of the microwave oven.
