본 발명은 동전해액중 비소를 분리 회수하여 아비산을 제조함에 있어 전처리된 유기용매를 이용하여 용매추출함과 용매추출시 제조후액(Black acid) 를 동전해액과 혼합사용하여 고수율의 아비산을 제조하는 것에 관한 것으로, 황산(H2SO4), 비소(As)또는 비소가 포함된 금속이온으로 이루어진 동전해액을 처리함에 있어서, 동전해액에 용매추출 공정에서 얻어지는 세척액(Scrubbed Solution)과 아비산 제조후액(bldck acid)의 일부를 혼합하여 동(Cu)농도가 떨어진 급액(feed)을 얻는 제1공정과, 별단으로 준비된 황산수용액을 TBP유기 용매를 얻는 제2공정과, 제2공정에서 얻는 유기용매를 제1공정에서 얻어진 급액과 접촉시켜 다단으로 용매 추출, 세척(Scrubbing), 역추출(Stripping)하여 추출잔액(Raffinate), 세척액(Scrubbed Solution), 비소를 함유한 역추출액(Scrubbed Solution)을 얻는 제3과정과, 상기 비소를 함유한 역추출액을 아황산가스(SO2)로 환원한 다음 산성화 처리하고, 증발 농축하여 아비산 제조후액(black acid)과 아비산을 정출시키는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 동(Cu)전해액중의 비소 처리방법에 관한 기술임.In the present invention, in the production of arsenic acid by separating and recovering arsenic in a coin solution, a high yield of arsenic acid is prepared by using a solvent extraction and pretreatment organic solvent (Black acid) when mixed with a coin solution.
