Abstract
본 발명은 자기기록재생기의 테이프 텐션 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 베이스 플레이트(1)에 고정된 축(36')에 일단부가 축착되고 캠기어(15)에 연동되어 모드 변환시 텐션 암(31)의 위치를 가변시키는 텐션 조절암(36)과, 상기 텐션 암(31)과 텐션 조절암(36)간에 연결되는 스프링(35)과, 공급릴 테이블(10)의 외주면에 권회되고 양단부가 상기 텐션 암(31)과 텐션 조절암(36)에 연결되는 텐션 밴드(34)로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 텐션 암(71)의 축(71')이 인쇄회로기판(60)에 고정되는 엔드 센서 홀더(61)에 일체로 형성되는 축 지지부(61a)에 삽입 지지된 구성으로 되어 있다. 이러한 본 발명은 텐션암 탄지용 스프링 및 텐션 밴드의 길이를 각 모드에 따라 적정한 량만큼 가변하여 텐션을 적정하게 조절할 수 있으며, 특히 재생 모드에서 리뷰 및 역 슬로우로 모드 변환시 테이프의 늘어짐을 조절할 수 있어 화면 노이즈(noise)를 개선할 수 있으며, 텐션 암의 축을 지지하기 위한 사용 부품수를 절감하고 작업불량을 해소할 수 있게 되는 이점이 있다.The present invention relates to a tape tension control apparatus of a magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus, wherein one end is fixed to a shaft (36 ') fixed to the base plate (1) and the position of the tension arm (31) when the mode is switched in conjunction with the cam gear (15).
