Abstract
본 발명은 평판표시패널을 그 회로기판과 커넥터로 접속하는 신규한 접속구조를 개시한다.The present invention discloses a novel connection structure for connecting a flat panel display panel with a circuit board and a connector.
종래의 접속구조는 전극패드의 전극과 커넥터의 도전전극이 단순접촉하여 접속되므로 그 정확한 접속과 접속상태의 유지가 불가능하였다.In the conventional connection structure, since the electrode of the electrode pad and the conductive electrode of the connector are connected by simple contact, the accurate connection and the connection state cannot be maintained.
본 발명에서는 전극간에 돌출하는 절연재의 정합돌기를 형성하여 대응 전극간의 정확한 접속이 가능하고 접속 상태가 유동없이 유지될 수 있도록 하였다.In the present invention, a matching protrusion of the insulating material protruding between the electrodes is formed to enable accurate connection between the corresponding electrodes and to maintain the connection state without flow.
