The present invention relates to a porch for a boiler, and in particular, copper pipes form an association, and fixedly installed in the boiler with iron (or stainless steel pipes) inserted and fixed at the inner circumference of both ends where waterways or flames directly contact each other. It is to prolong the life span and ultimately reduce the cost.

In addition, if the above-described iron pipe can be replaced, it can be extended to a longer life, and the cost reduction effect can be even greater.

In general, associative is a plurality of pipes installed in a tank of a boiler and connected to a combustion chamber 11, a second combustion chamber 12, and a second combustion chamber 12 and an exhaust furnace 13, and a copper tube having a very high thermal conductivity is generally used. This has the advantage that the thermal conductivity is high, but it is weak to high heat and easily melts at both ends where the flame or flame directly touches, which shortens the life of the boiler.

(제5도 참조)In other words, a plurality of associations connecting the combustion chamber 11 and the second combustion chamber 12 through which the flames return and a plurality of associations fixed between the second combustion chamber 12 and the ship research 13 are directly sparked. Or both ends of the flame (except for the ends) are submerged in water and are not melted or deformed because they dissolve in flames or flames. If the boiler is to be repaired and replaced, it is a huge damage in the country. (See Fig. 5)

And it was also developed to solve the closed end of the conventional connection, as shown in Figure 6, by forming only the both ends of the copper tube thickened so that the heat dissipation time of the direct contact portion can be extended to extend the life of the boiler However, since this also adds only the thickness of the body itself, it may be said that there is no effect other than the effect of extending the life slightly longer than the general copper tube as shown in FIG.

Therefore, the present invention solves all the problems of the related arts, and in particular, inserts a reinforcing ring formed of steel or stainless steel in the inner diameter of both ends of the tube, or installs a cover to replace the combustion chamber in actual use. The aim is to extend the service life of the boiler itself by extending the flame and high heat through reinforcing rings or coverings, and furthermore, to extend the life and reliability of the boiler itself.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The main configuration of the present invention is to form a tube (3) by inserting and fixing the reinforcing ring (2) to a predetermined length formed of steel or stainless steel in the inner diameter of both ends of the common copper tube (1).

In particular, the reinforcing ring (2) may be manufactured to be integrated with the copper tube at both ends of the copper tube (1), but in the present invention, the copper ring and the two ends at the inner diameter of the copper tube, rather than being formed integrally, was manufactured in a state fixed.

Because when the reinforcing ring (2) is fitted to the copper tube, very small gaps are generated between the outer periphery of the reinforcing ring (2) and the inner periphery of the copper tube (1), and this gap serves to block heat transfer as much as possible. It is basically to prevent the copper tube from being rusted by heat or flame as much as possible.

In other words, the connection (3) is also protected by the reinforcing ring itself, but the heat transfer prevention effect is also generated by the gap between the reinforcing ring (2) and the copper pipe (1), so that there is a feature that can provide perfect associative protection over the second round. This means that it will be able to directly affect the life and reliability of the boiler.

3 and 4 show an embodiment of the present invention, which forms a covering 4 made of steel, stainless steel, copper, or a new column, and the covering 4 expands the tip portion thereof so that the extension part 5 is a copper tube ( 1) was formed so as to surround the end surface, to form a fine concave-convex portion (7) on the outer periphery of the insert portion (6) of the covering (4) to be firmly inserted and fixed in the copper tube (1), in particular, the covering Since the material of (4) is much stronger than copper tube (1), it is firmly fixed by inserting it while turning slightly.

In addition, at this time, the cover 4 may be pulled out from the copper tube 1 so that the cover 4 may be easily replaced even when the cover 4 is deformed by high heat and flame during use, thereby extending the life of the boiler.

As described above, the present invention can prevent the trouble of the boiler due to the related deformation by inserting a reinforcing ring (2) or the covering (4) separately at both ends of the most frequent deformation so that the connection can be directly protected. Therefore, it is possible to extend the life of the smoke and leakage and the boiler very long is a new useful design.
