The present invention relates to a shock absorbing plate material for packaging goods using Fuji, which is used to unitize an article or the like that requires protection from an external impact or the like.
Conventionally, a packing method for protecting a shock-sensitive article, which is unit-packaged, is provided with a through hole or a recess for supporting the outer circumferential surface of the article to prevent the article from directly contacting the ground or hitting another object. Styrofoam cushioning materials have been used a lot, but this has caused problems of environmental pollution when disposed of after use, and thus, styrofoam, which has been widely used as a cushioning material for packaging, has recently faced a serious reality of environmental pollution caused by various industrial wastes. It is a situation to refrain from using the present invention, and thus it is necessary to replace the packaging buffer material.
The present invention is designed to supply a cushioning material for paper packaging having excellent durability, which can withstand loads and impacts, according to the use regulations such as styrofoam, which is an environmental pollution source, which will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. As follows.
A plurality of reinforcing frameworks (3) made by adhering multiple layers of fuji, and a space (4) arranged at regular intervals and a corrugated loop paper (5) curved in a predetermined shape are provided to be bonded to each other, and upper and lower surface portions thereof. Two or more buffer plate materials 1 by adhering the cover 6 to each other are bonded to each other in a state in which the reinforcing frames 3 are disposed to be offset from each other, and an article 20 at the central portion of the buffer end material 1. It is constructed by laying a hole (2) in the center where the back can be supported.
The shock absorbing plate member 1 thus constructed has considerable reinforcement against the surface impact load by the reinforcement frame 3 formed by adhering multiple layers of Fuji and the corrugated loop paper 3 interposed and adhered between the gap and the gap 4. As shown in FIG. 2 in the drawing, when used as a packaging buffer plate for supporting both sides of the article 20, side durability is required, and is applied to all sides of the buffer plate 1. Packing buffer plate for bonding two or more buffer plate members (1) by aligning the direction of the reinforcing frame (3) belonging to the components of the buffer plate member (1) in order to have their own durability to withstand the load Will be suitably used for the packaging of the article 20.
The buffer plate material of the present invention as described above can be utilized as a recycled product after its use because its material is paper (재), and its weight is light and its durability is excellent, and it can be widely used as a buffer plate material for packaging various articles. It is a new proposal that can be done.
