Abstract
본 발명음 음극선관용 전자총의 산화물 음극에 관한 것으로, 텔레비젼의 음극선관용 전자총의 산화물음극에서 베이스메탈과 산화물층사이에 Ni과 같은 내열성 금속으로 된 금속요철층을 형성하므로써 상기 베이스메탈 내부에 함침된 환원성 금속과 산화물층의 반응에 의하여 생성되는 산화물 또는 복합산화물의 중간층에 의한 베이스메탈로부터의 환원성금속의 공급이 방해 받은 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하고, 큰 전기전도도와 열전도도를 갖는 내열성 금속의 특성을 이용하여 종래의 산화물음극에서 중간층형성에 의한 저항의 증가를 방지하여 음극의 자기발열에 의한 온도상승을 막아 고전류밀도에서도 전자의 방출을 안정화 시킬 수 있도록 하며, 음극의 수명단축을 방지할 수 있도록 하고, 베이스메탈과 산화물층 표면사이의 온도차를 감소시켜 히터의 소모전력을 줄여 수명을 연장시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to an oxide cathode of an electron gun for a cathode ray tube, wherein an oxide cathode of an electron gun for a cathode ray tube of a television is formed between a base metal and an oxide layer to form a metal concavo-convex layer of a heat-resistant metal such as Ni, thereby reducing the impregnation in the base metal.
