본 발명은, 가연성가스 및 유독성가스용기 밸브차단장치에 관한 것으로서, 반도체와 같은 초정밀제품을 생산하는 산업현장에서 작업중에 갑자기 정전사태가 발생하거나, 화재가 발생했을 때, 연쇄적으로 발생할 수 있는 유독성 가스사고를 방지하기 위해 안출된 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
