Abstract
본 발명은, 가연성가스 및 유독성가스용기 밸브차단장치에 관한 것으로서, 반도체와 같은 초정밀제품을 생산하는 산업현장에서 작업중에 갑자기 정전사태가 발생하거나, 화재가 발생했을 때, 연쇄적으로 발생할 수 있는 유독성 가스사고를 방지하기 위해 안출된 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. The present invention relates to a toxic gas which may occur serially when a sudden power failure occurs or a fire occurs during an operation in an industrial field that produces ultra-precision products such as semiconductors. It is designed to prevent gas accidents.
종래 가스용기 밸브를 단속하는 수단을 완전자동화 하지 못하였으므로, 밸브를 열때는 인위적으로 열어야했고, 비상시 차단할때는 정해진 회전각도에 의해서만 작동하는 에어실린더 내지는 태엽스프링의 복원력으로 차단실시해왔다.Conventionally, the means for controlling the gas container valve could not be fully automated, so when the valve was opened, it had to be opened artificially, and in the case of emergency shutoff, it was shut off by the restoring force of the air cylinder or the spring that operates only by a predetermined rotation angle.
이와같은 종래 가스차단장치에 있어서, 회전실린더를 이용한 장치의 경유에는 밸브를 열어주거나 차단해주는 회전각도가 설계상으로는 270도로 설계되어있으나, 실제 작동하는 각도는 240도만 회전되기 때문에, 밸브를 완전하게 열어주거나 닫아주지를 못하게되며, 태엽스프링을 사용한 경우에는 가스 밸브를 열 때 태엽스프링이 감기게 하는 구조로 구성되 있기 때문에, 사용상 불편할뿐만아니라 어느정도의 시간이 경과하게 되면 감겨있던 태엽스프링 복원력이상실되어 비상시 밸브를 완전하게 잠글수 없게 되므로 이에대한 가스누출사고가 발생하게 되는 심각한 문제를 야기시키게 된다.In the conventional gas shutoff device, a rotation angle for opening or closing a valve is designed to be 270 degrees by way of a device using a rotary cylinder.
