본 발명은 유체를 이송하는 각종 파이프를 연결해주는 이음밴드 및 그 용착방법에 관한 것으로서, 파이프 이음용 밴드(1)의 반경의 바깥쪽으로 돌출 형성된 돌출링부(1a)의 내면에 저온용융금속층(3)을 형성하고, 상기 이음용 밴드(1)의 돌출링부(1a)와 연결 파이프(2)사이에 상기 저온용융금속과 동일한 재질로 만들어진 결착링(4)을 끼워 연결 하므로써 상기 저온용융금속으로 만들어진 결착링(4)이 이음용 밴드(1)와 연결 파이프(2)사이를 긴밀하게 연결되도록 한 것으로, 이음밴드의 시공이 간편하고, 수밀성 및 견고성이 극대화되도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a joint band for connecting various pipes for transporting fluid and a welding method thereof.
