도면처럼 물로 가득차 팽창한 튜우브를 인위적으로 무거운 물체를 투우브 위에 놓아 투우브를 수축시켜 투우브 내부의 물이 위로 상승시켜 아래에 있는 물을 위로 올려 발전이 이용할수 있게 한 것이다. 즉 인위적인 조작은 튜우브 위에 있는 무거운 물체를, 튜우브가 완전히 팽창했을 때에는 튜우브 위에 올려놓으나 튜우브가 완전히 수축했을때에는 튜우브로부터 떨어지게 하여 튜우브가 다시 팽창하도록 하게 하는 것이다.As shown in the drawing, an expanded tub full of water was placed on an artificially heavy object on the tub to shrink the tub so that the water inside the tub rose upwards to raise the water below to make power available.
