Abstract
본 발명은 발포 무기질 원료로 이루어진 하부층과 하부층위에 융착고화된 판상유리로 이루어지며, 가열 발포성 무기질 원료층과 가열발포성 무기질 원료층의 상부에 적층된 판상유리는 동시에 열처리되어 융착, 고화되어 일체화되는 경량세라믹 판넬 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 판상유리는 금속산화물의 착색제가 포함된 펠렛을 이용하여 판상유리의 하부면 또는 상부면에 문양을 삽입하므로 문양이 다양하고 경량, 대형, 장식성, 내화성이 우수하며, 내침식성이 있는 경량세라믹 판넬을 제조할 수 있다.The present invention comprises a lower layer made of a foamed inorganic raw material and a plated glass fused and solidified on the lower layer, and the laminated glass formed on the upper part of the heated foamable inorganic raw material layer and the heat-expandable inorganic raw material layer is heat-treated at the same time to be fused, solidified and integrated.
