열가소성 폴리에스테르 엘라스토마 20∼99중량%에 고무 80∼1중량%를 배합함으로서 유연화된 열가소성 폴리에스테르 엘라스토마 조성물을 사출성형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 부쓰 성형체의 제조방법. 열가소성 폴리에스테르 엘라스토마 조성물의 인장탄성율이 30∼400㎏f/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1에 기재된 조인트 부쓰 성형체의 제조방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 종래의 열가소성 폴리에스테르 엘라스토마 단체 조인트 부쓰 성형체의 문제점인 유연성과 압축영구 스트레인을 개량할 수 있게 한 것이다.A method for producing a joint boot molded body comprising injection molding a flexible thermoplastic polyester elastomer composition by blending 20 to 99 wt% of thermoplastic polyester elastomer with 80 to 1 wt% of rubber.
