Abstract
본 발명은 Y-절단 LiNbO3기판에 Ti를 확산시켜 제조된 광도파도형 AOD 도는 MgO:LiNbO3기판에 Zn을 확산시켜 제조된 광도파로형 AOD로서, 상기 도파로의 입력 및 출력 위치에 2개의 실린더형 렌즈(1)를 구성하여 광도파로 모서리 밖에 출력빔이 촛점화 되도록 함으로써 레이저 빔에 의한 광도파로의 광손상을 줄일 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention is an optical waveguide type AOD or an optical waveguide type AOD prepared by diffusing Ti on a Y-cut LiNbO 3 substrate and Zn diffused on a MgO: LiNbO 3 substrate.
