본 고안은 얼음통의 외통에 외피를 결합하기 위한 결합구조에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 얼음통은 얼음이 담겨지는 내통의 외방에 일정간격을 두고 외통을 결합함으로써 보냉효과를 증대시키고, 외통의 외면에 역시 보냉효과의 증대와 외관을 아름답게 하기 위하여 인조가죽이나 합성수지 필름등으로 되는 외피를 덧씌우게 되는데, 종래에는 원통형으로 되는 외통의 원주율을 계산하여 외피를 직사각형으로 절단한 후 이를 접착제로서 외통의 외연에 감아서 접착 하였던바, 이는 접착제를 도포하여야 함에 따른 인력과 원자재의 소모를 감수해야 하였고, 또 외피를 외통에 감아줌에 있어 외통과 위치를 일치시기기 위한 숙련된 기술이 요구 되었으며, 특히 이를 사용하는 과정에서 감겨진 외피의 끝단이 쉽게 떨어지게 되어 외통으로 부터 외피가 박리되는 경우가 빈발 하였음은 물론 외피의 절단된 끝단이 외면으로 노출되게 되므로 외관상으로도 조악함을 면치 못하였던 것이다.The present invention relates to a coupling structure for coupling the shell to the outer cylinder of the ice container.
