Design background]

본 고안은 개량된 고정자(an improved stator)를 갖는 브러쉬가 없는 직류모터(a non-brush D. C. motor)에 관한 것이다. 1988년에 출원된 대한민국 실용신안등록출원 제2629호에 따르면, 개량된 고정자를 갖는 브러쉬가 없는 직류모터는 측면(sides)들을 갖게 플라스틱(plastics)으로 만들어진 기부(a base)와, 그러한 기부의 둘레에 감겨 있는 코일(a coil)과, 기부의 그러한 양측면에 부착(fixing)된 한쌍의 자극(a pair of magnetic poles)을 각각 형상하고 있는 2개의 자극판(two magnetic polar plates) 및, 그러한 기부 한 측면에 연결된 회로기판(a circuit board)으로 구성된다. The present invention is directed to a non-brush D. C. motor with an improved stator. According to Korean Utility Model Application No. 2629, filed in 1988, a brushless DC motor with an improved stator has a base made of plastics with sides and the perimeter of such a base. Two magnetic polar plates, each of which forms a coil wound around, a pair of magnetic poles fixed to both sides of the base, and one such base. It consists of a circuit board connected to the side. The advantages of the above-mentioned design is that there is no environmental pollution caused by the use of varnish, the equipment cost is low, the product defective rate is low, and the production is easy.

하우징의 기부(the housing base)의 중심축지주(the central shaft post)는 금속실린더의 내곽(the inner perimeter)을 통과할 수 있다.Another brushless direct-current motor described in Korean Utility Model Application No. 3705, filed in 1991, has a stator with V-shaped grooves and feet to allow two side disks to engage magnetic pole plates. It contains a stator base. By expanding the thinner lip of the metal cylinder, the upper and lower magnetic plates are firmly attached to the base of the stator. The central shaft post of the housing base may pass through the inner perimeter of the metal cylinder.

Outline of Design]

The purpose of the present invention is to improve the stator of the DC motor described above to reduce the production cost, simplify the production process and increase the competitiveness.

Brushless DC motors with an improved stator according to the present invention slightly dissolve the varnish layer on the wire so that the wire rounds can be glued together and insulated from each other. And stators having coils wound by varnished wires dipped in alcohol. The feature of such coils is that they are not wound on any base and are coated with an insulating paint layer on the outside to maintain the insulation effect.

측(shaft)을 가진 회전자(a rotor)는 금속실린더의 내공(the inner openign)속에 부착된 베어링(a bearing)에 의해 지지된 축에 의해 고정자와 조합된다.Such a coil is combined with a metal cylinder in the central opening and two magnetic pole plates on both sides. The metal cylinder is then firmly combined with the housing to keep the stator stable in place. A rotor with a shaft is combined with the stator by an axis supported by a bearing attached into the inner openign of the metal cylinder.

The invention is now described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Brushless DC motor having a stator according to the present invention includes a coil (1: coil) having a central round opening (11) of the stator flux as shown in FIG. Such coils are wound with a varnished electric wire previously immersed in alcohol, and therefore, the wound rounds of varnished wrie are glued together and rounded in the center (11). ) But form a round and stable coil with no base at all.

중앙의 둥근 구멍(11)은 금속실린더(12 : a metal cylinder)를 수용하고, 원통형 절연부(13 : a cylindrical insulator)가 그러한 금속실린더(12)의 중간부분의 둘레(around the middle portion)에 끼워지며, 2개의 환형 절연부(14 : two annular insulators)가 그러한 코일(1)의 양측면의 옆에 위치되고 그러한 금속실린더(12)의 양측부분의 둘레(around both side portions)에 끼워져서 그러한 코일(1)이 주위의 부품들로부터 절연될수 있게 한다. The central round hole 11 receives a metal cylinder 12 and a cylindrical insulator 13 is formed around the middle portion of such a metal cylinder 12. Two annular insulators 14 are positioned next to both sides of such a coil 1 and fitted around both side portions of such a metal cylinder 12 such that the coil Allow (1) to be insulated from surrounding components. Furthermore, such coil 1 may be insulated by an insulating paint layer coated on the outer surface of such coil 1.

The metal cylinder 12 has a larger middle diameter than the diameters of both end portions. Such an intermediate part is inserted into a hole 11 in the center of the coil 1, and both ends have a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the central holes of the right magnetic pole plate 2 and the left magnetic pole plate 3. Thus, both magnetic pole plates 2 and 3 are forced into the metal cylinder 12 by such center holes fitted around the outer surface of both ends of the metal cylinder 12.

After the two magnetic pole plates 2, 3, the coil 1 and the metal cylinder 12 are assembled together, a circuit board 4 is provided on the outside of the left magnetic pole plate 3. Then the stator is completed.

Now, such a completed stator will be combined with the housing 5 by forcing in the left end of the metal cylinder 12 into a hole surrounded by a round projecting wall 51 of the housing. The inner diameter of the round protruding wall 51 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the end of the metal cylinder 12, and therefore such metal cylinder 12 can be firmly combined with the round wall 51.

A rotor 6 with a shaft 61 passes through the shaft 61 through the center hole of the bearing firmly held in the hole in the interior of the metal cylinder 12 to the left side of the stator. Combined. Then, a brushless dc motor is completed.

As can be seen in Figures 2 and 3, according to the present invention, a base can be omitted, thereby saving manufacturing time and effort, and reducing the production cost associated with the material and the mold.
