Abstract

표면이 천연석 판재의 질감과 문양이 유사하고 압축강도가 기존의 것보다 우수한 인조석 판재 제조에 관한 것으로 국내황등, 봉화산, 화강석 및 백운석 폐기물을 건조, 체질하여 -6+8메쉬 입자 400gr, -48메쉬 분말 447gr에 수지 91.6gr를 첨가하여 혼합하고 여기에 메틸에틸 케톤/옥사이드 0.9gr과 코발트 나프타네이트 0.5gr를 첨가하여 재차 혼합하는 제 1 공정, 이 혼합물을 철제형틀에 투여하여 일정한 압력으로 가압하여 압축, 성형하는 제 2 공정, 상기 성형물을 100℃ 이하에서 열처리하는 제 3 공정과 열처리한 인조석 블록을 다이아몬드 절단기로 일정두께로 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조석 판재 제조방법.

Claims (1)

  1. 황동, 봉화산, 화강석 및 백운석 폐기물을 건조, 체질하여 -6+8메쉬에서 입자 400gr, -48메쉬 분말 447gr에 수지 91.6gr를 첨가하여 혼합하고 여기에 메틸에틸 케톤/옥사이드 0.9gr과 코발트 나프타네이트 0.5gr를 첨가하여 재차 혼합하는 제 1 공정, 이 혼합물을 철제형틀에 투여하여 일정한 압력으로 가압하여 압축, 성형하는 제 2 공정, 상기 성형물을 100℃ 이하에서 열처리하는 제 3 공정과 열처리한 인조석 블록을 다이아몬드 절단기로 일정두께로 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조석 판재 제조방법.
