본 고안은 브라운관에 설치사용되는 편향요크의 개선된 클램프부구조에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an improved clamp portion structure of a deflection yoke for use in a CRT.
주지된 바와 같이 이러한 브라운관의 편향 요크는 그 편향요크조립체 후부를 브라운관 네크부외주면에 죄어 고정시킬 수 있도록 하기 위한 클램프수단을 구비하게 되는데, 이러한 클램프수단은 보통 브라운관네크부주위를 감싸도록 방사상으로 배치된 수지재 클램프 요소들이 그 외주면에 권착되는 체결밴드에 의해 브라운관 네크부외주면에 밀착고정되어 지도록 되어 있는 바, 종래에는 마찰계수가 작은 상기 수지재의 클램프요소들이 네크부 외면에 미끄럼유동없이 밀착고정되도록 하는 것을 보장하기 위해 먼저 네크부외면에 마찰계수가 다소 큰 글라스테이프를 감아 붙인 후 목적한 바의 클램핑 작업을 해주도록 하여 왔다.As is well known, the deflection yoke of the CRT is provided with clamping means for clamping the deflection yoke assembly back to the CRT outer circumferential surface, which is usually arranged radially to surround the CRT. 이와 같이 된 본 고안은 마찰계수가 큰 코팅층(6)이 상기 클램프요소(4)들 내면에 미리 제공되어 있어 이들 클램프요소(4)가 상기 코팅층(6)을 통해 충분히 큰 마찰접촉력으로 유리재의 네크부(3) 외주면에 안정적으로 밀착고정되어질 수 있기 때문에 종래와 같이 네크부(3) 외주면에 대한 별도의 번거로운 테이핑작업이 전혀 필요없고 그러면서 상기 코팅층(6)이 클램프요소(4)에 일체화된 상태로 최대한 안정된 불변의 마찰 고정력을 클램프요소(4)들 및 네크부(3)사이에 제공하게 되기 때문에 시간경과나 외부로부터의 충격, 진동등에 관계없이 편향요크 조립체(1)가 항시 견실한 고정상태를 유지토록 할 수 있으며, 더욱이 이러한 작용효과를 추가경비가 별로 들지 않는 간단하고 효과적인 구조 개선을 통해 얻어낼 수 있어 그 실용성인 탁월한 신규유용한 고안인 것이다.The present invention has a coating layer 6 having a large coefficient of friction in advance provided on the inner surface of the clamp elements 4 such that the clamp element 4 is made of a neck of glass material with a sufficiently large frictional contact force through the coating layer 6.
