본 발명은 냉·난방겸용 공기조화기에 관한 것으로, 냉·난방겸용 공기조화기의 사방밸브(10) 및 실외측 열교환기(20) 사이의 냉매파이프 적소(100')와 모세관(30)과 실외측 열교환기(20) 사이의 냉매파이프(100')를 이방밸브(40)로서 연통설치한 제2냉매파이프(200)와, 상기 이방밸브(40) 일측의 제2냉매파이프(200)적소에 설치되어 모세관(30)을 통과한 냉매개스를 재차 팽창시키는 제2팽창부(60)와, 상기 제2팽창부(60) 일측의 제2냉매파이프(200) 적소에 설치되어 제2팽창부(60)를 통과한 냉매개스가 유입되는 제2열교환기(70)와, 상기 제2열교환기(70) 일측의 제2냉매파이프(200) 적소에 설치되어 제2열교환기(70)를 통과한 냉매개스의 유입을 선택적으로 차단하는 제2체크밸브(80')를 포함하므로서 냉·난방겸용 공기조화기의 난방운전시 압축기와 응축기를 통과한뒤 모세관으로 유입되어 저온 저압으로 팽창된 냉매개스가 유입되는 증발기를 갖는 별도의 열교환기를 실내측의 천정내부에 설치하므로서 증발기의 내부로 흐르는 냉매개스와 외부의 온도차에 의해 증발기 표면에 착상되는 성에의 착상량을 감소시킴에 따라 이를 제거하는 제상운전량을 줄임으로서 실내의 난방효율을 상승시키고 그에 따른 소비전력을 줄일 수 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to an air conditioner for both cooling and heating, and includes a refrigerant pipe (100 ') and a capillary tube (30') between the four-way valve (10) and the outdoor side heat exchanger (20) of the cooling and heating air conditioner.
