본 고안은 중금속계, 알카리계 (CN), 하이포계 (사진정착 및 현상액)등의 각종 유해물질이 고농도로 혼합 함유된 각종 산업폐수나 액상의 폐기물을 건조 처리함에 있어서 농축기에서 농축된 폐수를 가열드럼에 의해 효과적으로 증발, 건조시켜서 유해물질(슬러지)의 효율적인 케이크화를 이루도록 하므로서 슬러지의 부피를 최대한 감소시켜 폐수처리 효율을 증대시킬수 있도록 한 고안에 관한 것이다.The present invention heats the wastewater concentrated in the concentrator in the drying treatment of various industrial wastewater or liquid waste containing high concentrations of various harmful substances such as heavy metals, alkalis (CN), hypo-types (photo fixing and developer) The present invention relates to a device designed to increase the efficiency of wastewater treatment by reducing the volume of sludge as much as possible by efficiently evaporating and drying the drum to achieve efficient cake formation of harmful substances (sludge).

종래에는 순환되는 이송벨트에 의해 이송되는 피건조물을 가옅드럼에 밀착시켜 건조한 다음 가열드럼에 부착된 건조슬러지를 스크렙퍼로 떼어내도록 장치(일본 실용신안공보 소60-18799호)가 있었으나 이는 피건조물이 폐수와 같이 액상태 일때에는 이송벨트로 폐수를 가열드럼에 이송밀착 시키기가 힘들어 사용이 어려운점과 장시간 사용시 이송벨트가 잘 이완되므로 이를 수시로 조절하여야 함은 물론 순환되어야 하는 이송벨트 때문에 몸체가 필요이상 커져야 하는 폐단이 있으며, 또한 액상원료가 일정깊이로 채워지는 진공실내에 발열 원판을 수개 축설하여 된 건조장치 (일본 특허공보 소55-5632호)가 있으나 이는 발열 원판의 주면에 액상원료가 부착되게 하기위해 발열 원판의 일단이 액상원료에 잠겨진 상태에서 저속으로 회전되는 것이기 때문에 저온의 액상원료에 잠겨진 부분의 온도가 액상원료에 열을 급속히 빼앗겨 저온으로 떨어졌다가 다시 고온으로 가열되어야 함에 따라 주면에 부착된 액상원료의 증발 건조 효율이 떨어지게 되는 폐단이 있었다.Conventionally, there was a device (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-18799) to dry the dried material transported by the circulating conveying belt to a light drum, and then remove the dry sludge attached to the heating drum with a scraper. 이러한 본 고안은 교반기(7)의 왕독운동을 캠(11) 대신 실린더등의 기계적 장치로 대체할수 있고 가열드럼의 열원으로는 전열코일이나 또는 스팀등의 간접열을 이용할수 있으며 가열드럼의 온도에 따라 오염물질 및 폐수의 성상에 따른 슬러지 케이크의 함수율을 조정할수있고 건조되는 동안 저비등점 물질 및 공비 효과에 의해 일부 대기오염 물질이 기화되므로 환경오염 방지의 효과도 있는 것으로서 본 고안은 폐수의 성상이 여러가지 혼합되어 있거나 고농도인 경우, 물리화학적 및 생물학적 처리가 거의 불가능한 경우에 화학적 반응이 일어나지 않도록 유지하면서 폐수를 증발, 건조하여 슬러지 케이크의 부피를 최대한 감소시키므로서 폐기효율을 증대시키는 효과가 있는 것이다.The present invention can replace the reading movement of the stirrer 7 with a mechanical device such as a cylinder instead of the cam 11, and indirect heat such as a heat transfer coil or steam can be used as a heat source of the heating drum.
