Abstract

본 발명은 장봉형 이송나사의 고진직도 양산가공 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 일측에서만 바이트로 절삭 가공함으로 인해 장봉이 휘어져 진직도가 저하되어 정밀가공이 어려운 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 예시도면 제1도와 같이, 공구대(2)에 부착된 절삭바이트(9)와 대향되도록 연마제(11)가 부착된 지지바이트(10)를 설치할 수 있는 보조공구대(8)를 설치하여 가공시 공작물을 지지하고, 동시에 절삭면을 다듬어 줌으로써 고진직도 확보와 동시에 제품의 양산을 가능케한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 베드(1) 상부에는 공구대(2)가 부착된 이송대(3)가 좌·우로 이동되도록 설치되어 있으며, 베드(1) 상부양단으로 주축대(4)와 십압대(5)가 형성되어 있는 통상의 선반(6)에 있어서, 이송대(3)의 상부에는 공구대(2)와 대향되도록 전후이송대(7)와 일체로 보조공구대(8)를 설치하며, 보조공구대(8)에는 절삭부 단부에 연마제(11)를 부착한 지지바이트(10)를 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 장봉형 이송나사의 고진직도 양산 가공장치.
