Abstract
열매순환을 위한 펌프로부터 발생하는 열을 열원으로서 이용할 수 있으며, 난방열원으로써, 히터나 보일러를 별도로 설치할 필요가 없는 가온장치를 제안한다. 전열매액(B)을 봉입하여 밀폐한 용기(1) 내에, 전기저항치가 낮고, 발열성이 높은 자성재료로 된 스테이터코어 및 로터코어를 갖춘 수중모터펌프(3)를 설치하여, 그 펌프의 흡입구를 상기 밀폐된 용기내의 전열매액을 흡입하도록 배치설치하는 한편, 당해 펌프로부터 토출하는 전열매액의 순환라인(6)을 밀폐된 용기의 복귀구에 접속하여, 또한 상기 펌프통전시 상기 코어에서 발생하는 열을 전열매액(B)에, 이동시켜서, 순환라인(6)의 도중에 방열부(8)를 설치하여 열방사시키는 것이다.The present invention proposes a heating apparatus that can use heat generated from a pump for fruit circulation as a heat source, and does not need to separately install a heater or a boiler as a heating heat source.
