Abstract

본 발명은 전자동 세탁기에 관한 것으로, 종래의 동력단속수단인 클러치를 사용하지 않고 세탁수의 부력에 의해 이동하는 구동체가 시이소오 운동을 함에 따라 모터의 구동력이 회전자에만 전달되게 하거나 회전자와 세탁겸용 탈수조에 함께 전달되게 하여 세탁기의 전체 구성이 간단해지도록 하고 모터를 외조의 하부 중앙에 고정하여 세탁기를 구조적으로 안정시킴은 물론 진동 및 소음이 감소되도록 한 것이다.
본 발명은 외조(1)의 하부 중앙에 고정된 모터(3)와, 상기 모터의 모터축(4)에 상대 회전이 가능하게 지지된 세탁겸용 탈수조(2)와, 상기 모터측에 고정되고 세탁겸용 탈수조내에 위치된 회전자(6)와, 상기 세탁 겸용 탈수조의 하부에 회전 가능하게 연결되어 세탁수의 부력에 의해 회전운동을 하는 구동체(8)와, 상기 구동체가 회전할때 구동체를 회전자와 외조에 선택적으로 맞물리게 하는 맞물림 수단을 포함한 전자동 세탁기이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 외조(1)의 하부 중앙에 고정된 모터(3)와, 상기 모터의 모터축(4)에 상대 회전이 가능하게 지지된 세탁겸용 탈수조(2)와, 상기 모터축에 고정되고 세탁겸용 탈수조내에 위치된 회전자(6)와, 상기 세탁겸용 탈수조의 하부에 회전 가능하게 연결되어 세탁수의 부력에 의해 회전운동을 하는 구동체(8)와, 상기 구동체가 회전할때 구동체를 회전자와 외조에 선택적으로 맞물리게 하는 맞물림수단을 포함하여서된 전자동 세탁기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세탁겸용 탈수조(2)에 하우징(7)을 고정하여 상기 하우징이 모터축(4)에 지지되게 한 전자동 세탁기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 상기 하우징과 모터축 사이에 복수개의 미끄럼부재(14)를 설치한 전자동 세탁기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동체는 하나 이상의 부구(9)와 상기 부구에 일체형으로 고정된 지지대(10)로 구성되고 연결핀(11)에 의해 하우징(7)과 결합되어 연결핀을 중심으로 시이소오 운동을 할 수 있게한 전자동 세탁기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 연결핀에 비틀림 스프링(12)을 설치하여 부구에 하방으로 힘이 작용되게한 전자동 세탁기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모터(3)의 모터축을 직접 세탁축과 탈수축으로 사용할 수 있게한 전자동 세탁기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모터의 앤드 브라켓(3a)과 외조 받침판(5) 사이에 누수 방지용 실러(13)를 설치한 전자동 세탁기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 맞물림 수단은 지지대(10)에 형성된 상, 하 맞물림치형(10a)(10b)과, 회전자에 설치된 맞물림치형(6a)과, 외조에 설치된 맞물림치형(1a)으로 구성되어 세탁시는 맞물림치형(10a)(1a)끼리 맞물려 세탁겸용 탈수조가 구속되면서 회전자만 회전하고 탈수시는 맞물림치형(10a)(6a)끼리 맞물려 회전자와 세탁겸용 탈수조가 함께 회전되게한 전자동 세탁기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지지대에 형성된 맞물림치형(10a)(10b)은 돌기로 구성되고 회전자와 외조에 설치된 맞물림치형(6a)(1a)은 기어형홈으로 구성된 전자동 세탁기.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지지대에 형성된 맞물림치형(10a)(10b)은 홈으로 구성되고 회전자와 외조에 설치된 맞물림치형(6a)(1a)은 기어형 돌기로 구성된 전자동 세탁기.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 맞물림치형의 돌기는 중앙부로부터 외곽면을 향해 라운드형의 경사지게 형성된 전자동 세탁기.
